Regular site visitors may have noticed that we eliminated our Community Hub forums last month. The forums were intended to promote online discussions among site users. Instead, they were frequently being used as a place to ask support questions - but questioners were often disappointed because our support staff didn't participate in the forums. Fortunately, we have a useful replacement venue for community interaction and support.
